Using illustrative leadership lessons from her days in the Clinton White House, on the 2008 Obama Presidential campaign and from her personal life with her daughter Madison, Myers will discuss key tools to thinking about and exploring your personal leadership effectiveness. Myers served as the first Director of the White Office on Women’s Initiatives and Outreach during the Clinton Administration, Executive Director of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and Chief Operating Officer for Barack Obama’s 2007–08 presidential campaign. Myers currently serves as Founding Director of The Center for Women & Business at Bentley University, an organization committed to working with businesses to implement proven strategies that support, retain and advance women in the workforce.
